My name is Kevin Tomlin. I am a Music Historian working to preserve and promote the great gospel music heritage for future generations and spiritual fibre. As an active industry set for productivity and growth we must be accountable for what we creatively produce. Every recording or performance, whether audio or visual, has its place. It also has its data and statistics, credits for who did what, how and why. As a Music Historian concerned with sonic sounds (signaturesoundsonline.com), it is my primary goal in GMIA to see that artists, producers and other creatives account for their ‘masterpieces’ so that history will tell a detailed story of who we are, what and why, when we did it and how it was acknowledged in the world. The spin-offs are immeasurable.
