The 3 most common reasons tickets are rejected ?
You will receive a rejected booking email if you have requested a refund or possibly for one of the reasons below.
1. The Subscriber ticket option selected does not match any valid user or email details currently held by GMIA. If this is the case, you may need to renew, upgrade or subscribe to access the ticket discount you have selected. Click here to view our latest Subscriber Plans.
2. The registration period for the selected event now closed. If this is the case, please check your inbox for further instructions.
3. Ticket selection could not be processed due to failed bank transaction. If this is the case, contact your bank for further clarification.
