These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all who register and are held on GMIA - Gospel Music Industry Alliance Database.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this site managed on behalf of GMIA by GreenTree Productions

References herein to ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘GMIA’ is to Gospel Music Industry Alliance and use of this site is deemed to constitute acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communication will satisfy any legal requirement for communication to be in writing.

2.3 Our privacy policy does not encompass sites maintained by other companies, affiliate sites or those sites which re-direct to www.gmia.org.uk. This also relates to sites you access or are re-directed to from gmia.org.uk.

From time to time various products and services will be promoted on this site via third parties. Such products and services are the sole responsibility of the providers. GMIA strongly advises that appropriate measures and caution should be taken when deciding to buy products and services. GMIA cannot be held responsible for disputes or problems connected to products promoted on this site.

5.1 All rights, including copyright in this website are owned by or licensed to GMIA or its associated partners. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. Any modification, distribution or re-posting of anything on this website is prohibited.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, temporarily or permanently, or cancel orders at our discretion and we shall not be liable to you or any third party in respect of same.

5.3 We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this website from time to time and your continued use of this website shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the same.

6.1 All reasonable care is taken to ensure that the information and data shown on our website is accurate at the time of publication. However we provide no guarantees, implied warranties or assurances of any kind that the site is error free.

6.2 Colours, specifications and dimension of productions

Every effort has been made to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the items ordered.

6.3 We reserve the right to vary the dimensions, specifications, quantities of items and any other modification at any time without prior notice.
